International coach, author and NLP trainer Sue Knight will be running her NLP Masterclass and Trainer Training program at Fernleigh Academy from 31st November – 6th December 2011
“I am an international consultant and author, pioneering the use of NLP for people in business. My work includes and goes beyond NLP in my aim to support us all to discover our unsuspected greatness in this chaotic, challenging and turbulent world.” – Sue Knight
Neuro-Linguistic Programming is the science behind our experience of the world, and our ability to interact meaningfully within it. The core of NLP is the skill of modeling excellence, to replicate greatness in your own life and sharing that greatness with others.
Sure, so maybe Sue has pioneered the use of NLP in the business world, and perhaps written several bestselling books, including NLP at Work (which has a hilarious Amazon review you simply must read) but that isn’t fitting testament to her amazing ability.
Sue has an innate ability to recognize and nurture greatness in people, even when they might not see it themselves. Her lessons ooze learning from every angle, and her open plan style allows participants to direct their own learning, drawing from her wealth of experience in the field, directed by their curiosity and desire to learn.
We believe Fernleigh offers a unique setting to develop the skills of modeling, learning to learn, and the various techniques from the field of NLP, so we’re understandably excited to be able to host Sue’s program. The open, rolling countryside, the chance of working with livestock, and awestriking unpredictable weather all encourage exploration and development – and it really hammers home the fact that ‘the map is not the territory’.
Sue will be assisted by Harry Key. Harry has been living in India for the past 4 years working as an actor in India’s thumping film industry, Bollywood. Harry is hilarious, modest, and fantastic at writing in the third person.
After studying NLP for a few years he attended Sue’s program in Kerala (godzone of South India) and has since been occasionally assisting her, running workshops in finding one’s self through voice, and sharing his obsession with Frank Farrelly’s method of Provocative coaching.
Here’s an article from Sue’s newsletter: Harry Key: Provocative Voice Coach
